This K.F.C. is right at 36/2/28 F Mohan Pura Idgah in the Mohan area of Agra. It is a very busy spot because of where it sits, and we always have people coming and going. We spend most of our shifts either in the kitchen or standing behind the front counter. It can get really hot in the back when all the fryers are running at once, but we are used to it by now. We serve a lot of local families from the neighborhood and also people who are just driving through Agra. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a place for people to grab a bucket of chicken and sit down for a while. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. Working here means you have to stay on your feet and move fast, especially during the lunch rush. Sometimes the lines get long and we have to scramble to keep up with the orders. We try our best to keep the tables wiped down, even when it is packed. Agra is a noisy, busy city and our corner in Mohan Pura definitely reflects that energy. We have been here for a good while now, just doing the work every day. It is a straightforward job without any big secrets. If you are near the Idgah, you have probably seen us. We are just a regular part of the local food scene.
