The Black Hat Cafe & Lounge

You can find us on the second floor of City Plaza, which is in Shah Market on M G Road in Agra. We are located right opposite Radhey restaurant. Being on the second floor means we are a little bit removed from the main chaos of the street, but you can still hear the buzz of the market below. Shah Market is a very busy place with people buying and selling all sorts of things. We spend our days managing the cafe and the lounge area. It is a lot of running back and forth with trays and making sure the tables are wiped down. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just learned how to do things by doing them every day. The climb up the stairs can be a bit much for some, but it is a decent spot once you are inside. We get a lot of people who are taking a break from shopping or workers from the nearby shops. Agra is a city that never seems to slow down, and M G Road is right in the heart of that. We keep our routine simple and don't try to use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We just provide a place to sit and something to eat or drink. It is a practical business run by people who live right here in the city. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going.
