Terrace Grill

Terrace Grill is right here in Taj Ganj. If you know Agra, you know this area is always moving. It’s 282001, right in the heart of things. We are just a local spot where people come to eat and hang out. Being on a terrace means we deal with the weather directly. When it’s hot, it’s really hot, and we do our best with the fans and some shade. When the sun goes down, it gets a lot better. We see a lot of people passing through, some from around the corner and some from far away. It’s a lot of cleaning tables and making sure the kitchen is ready. We don't have some big corporate manual. We just know how we like things done. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when it’s busy, but we manage. The view around Taj Ganj is what it is—lots of old buildings and busy streets. We’ve been here a while and seen the neighborhood change a bit, but mostly it stays the same. The staff here are mostly local guys. We talk, we work, and we go home. It’s a simple setup. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If you want a place to sit and some food, that’s what we have. It’s honest work. We appreciate the people who keep coming back after all this time. It makes the long shifts feel worth it. We just keep the grill going.
