Malua Bhai Chawal Wale has been part of this market for years, and we’ve seen the streets change quite a bit, though the hustle and bustle of Agra stays the same. We mainly focus on rice, hence the name, and we spend most of our time weighing out portions or talking to the farmers and wholesalers who bring the stock in.
