Golden China Restaurant

Our restaurant, Golden China Restaurant, is situated on the Shilpgram Parking Road in Agra. We are right in the Taj Ganj area, which is always full of people because of the monuments nearby. Specifically, we are in the Rama Haat Market, not too far from Hotel Retreat. Even though there are many tourists around, we see a lot of local faces too. The 282001 area is a busy one, and being on Fatehbad Road means there is never a dull moment. We have a simple setup here. We are not a fancy place for fine dining; we are just a regular restaurant where you can get a meal. The market outside is always noisy with vendors and shoppers, which gives the place a lot of energy. We spend our days prepping vegetables and making sure the kitchen is ready for the rush. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but that’s just life in an old city like Agra. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the shop running and serve the people who walk through our doors in Rama Haat Market. It is a small business run by local people who live and work right here in Taj Ganj. We don't have any fancy signs, just the food and the tables.
