DESI RASOI

Our place, Desi Rasoi, is situated in the Heritage Tower in Agra. It's right by the old Bhagwan Cinema, which everyone in this part of town knows. It’s a decent spot, though the building itself has seen better days. We've been here for a while, serving the people who come by this busy area. Agra gets a lot of visitors, but we mostly see the local crowd who live and work around here. The setup is quite basic. We have some tables and chairs, and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a plain room where food is made and served. The staff are mostly from the nearby colonies. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny brochures. Most of our customers come because they were walking past the cinema and felt like having something to eat. Sometimes the lift in the tower doesn't work, so people have to take the stairs, but they still come anyway. It’s just a normal, everyday business. We've been through different seasons here, and we just keep going. It’s a simple life running a kitchen in a place like this. The 282002 pin code is where we belong. We start cleaning early in the morning and don't stop until the last customer leaves. It’s not always easy, but it is what we know. We don't have a big corporate story, just this kitchen in a tower.
