Dasaprakash Restaurant

Our place is located in the Meher Theatre Complex on Gwalior Road. Being near Agra Cantt means we get a lot of travelers. People coming off the trains are often hungry and tired. We’ve seen the theatre change over the years, but we’re still here. The road outside is usually full of rickshaws and cars honking. It gets loud sometimes, but inside it’s okay. We have been serving the Agra Cantt area for quite some time now. Most of our staff lives nearby, so they know the neighborhood well. It isn't a massive establishment, just a regular restaurant where you can sit and eat without much fuss. We get people who come for a movie and then pop in for a meal before heading home. Gwalior Road is a busy stretch, so there's always something happening outside the doors. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the kitchen running and making sure the floors are clean. The menu hasn't changed much because people seem to like what we've always had. It’s a simple setup. We deal with the heat in the summers and the fog in the winters just like everyone else in Agra. If you find yourself near the theatre, you’ll see our sign. We are usually there from lunch until late at night when the last show ends. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but not too bad.
