Shree Gayatri Tiles & Mfg. Company is located out in Village Vaghasia. If you head toward Taluak Wankaner, you’ll find us at Post Vaghasia. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we do all our manufacturing. The air smells like clay and wet earth most days. We’ve got a lot of space here, which is good because tiles take up a lot of room. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving stuff around and making sure the machines are running okay. It’s noisy and sometimes messy, but that’s just part of making tiles. The village is quiet for the most part, except for the sound of our trucks coming and going. We’ve been part of this community for a long time now. Most of the guys working here live just down the road. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we just sit on the porch and have our lunch while looking at the hills. It’s a simple life, really. We make the tiles, load them up, and send them out. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially when the roads get muddy. But we just keep at it. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We don’t need much else besides a good day of production and seeing the stacks of finished tiles ready to go.
