Sri Satya Sai Junior College

You can find us at Naidu Veedhi in Saluru. It’s a quiet enough spot in the Vizianagaram district. We’ve been operating this junior college for students who are finishing their 10th and need to figure out what comes next. It’s a big transition for them, so we try to keep the atmosphere grounded. The building is at 2-151/3, nothing too flashy, just practical classrooms and desks. Most of our students come from the surrounding villages and towns. They arrive early, and the halls get busy fast. We focus on the subjects they need to pass their exams. There is a lot of pressure on these kids these days, so we just try to provide a space where they can study without too much distraction. We aren’t trying to be the biggest college in Andhra Pradesh. We just want to be a reliable place for the local youth. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets too hot, but we manage. The staff here has been around for a long time. They know how to handle the syllabus and the students. We don’t do big advertisements. Most people in Saluru already know where we are. It’s just a regular part of the neighborhood. We show up, teach the classes, and help the students move on to the next stage of their lives. It's a lot of responsibility, but we do our best every single day.
