Sri Gayathri Degree College

If you ever find yourself in Bobbili, you’ll probably end up on College Road at some point. Sri Gayathri Degree College is located right there in Naidu Colony. I’ve been working in the office here for a while, and it’s a busy spot in Vizianagaram. We get a lot of students coming from the surrounding villages to study here. The college building itself is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and has plenty of room for the classes. We spend a lot of our time dealing with admission forms and exam schedules. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the local community. The area around Naidu Colony is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet except when classes let out. Then the whole street fills up with students talking and heading to the bus stop. Bobbili is a historic place, but here at the college, we’re mostly focused on the daily grind and getting these kids through their degrees. We don’t have fancy brochures or a big social media presence. Most people just know us because we’ve been here on College Road for years. It’s a practical place for practical people. We drink a lot of tea and handle a lot of paperwork every single day. The weather in 535558 can be tough in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with our work. It’s just how things go around here. There is always someone coming by with a question about their marks or a form.
