Gyathri College

Gyathri College is located right on Thota Palem Road here in Vizianagaram. It’s a fairly busy area, especially in the afternoons when all the classes let out at once. We have been in this exact spot for some time now. Students come from all over the town to study here, and we even have some who travel in from the nearby villages. The building is pretty easy to find if you are looking for it in Thotapalem. We handle mostly intermediate or degree courses, depending on the academic year. It’s not a very large campus, but we make good use of all the space we have. The staff room is usually full of notebooks, registers, and tea cups. We try to keep the hallways quiet during lecture hours, but it doesn't always work out that way because of the noise. There is a lot of traffic noise from the road sometimes. We just get on with the teaching. Exams are always a very stressful time for everyone here, including the office staff. We spend a lot of time sorting out paperwork, forms, and hall tickets. The gates open early in the morning every day. We don't have a big canteen, just a small place for snacks and tea. Most of the students bring their own lunch boxes and sit under the trees if it's not raining outside. It is a straightforward place for education. We don't do much in the way of big events.
