Ckm Government Junior College

We are located right near the bus stand on the Main Road in Nellimarla. People in Vizianagaram know the spot well because it is quite busy with all the buses coming and going all day. The college is a government place and we have been here for a while now. Students show up early in the morning and the place gets crowded fast. Most of them take the bus to get here. The gate is usually open by eight. Inside the building, things are pretty basic. We have classrooms with wooden benches and blackboards. Some days it gets quite hot in the rooms but we just keep the fans running. During the breaks, students go out to the main road to grab a snack or just stand around the bus stand area. Our staff comes from nearby towns and we all know each other well. It is not a fancy place but it serves the local kids who need to finish their junior college years. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud and you can hear the horns from the classrooms. We have a small staff room where we sit and drink tea when there are no classes. It is just a regular school day for us most of the time. We see a lot of faces pass through these halls over the years. The walls could use some paint but the building stays strong. It is just how things are here in Nellimarla and we stay busy with it.
