Sri Pommi Seeds Farm

Down here at No. 161 Mariyammankoil Street, the work at Sri Pommi Seeds Farm is mostly tied to the seasons. We are located in V- Mathur- Post, which is part of the Pallineliyanur- S.O. area in Vikkeravandi TK. Living and working in Villupuram District means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s just home. We spend a lot of time out in the dirt or handling the seeds. This isn't one of those big shiny offices you see in the city. It’s a practical place. We have the Mariyammankoil right there on our street, which makes it easy to give directions. Things move at their own pace in Vikkeravandi. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, or a shipment of seeds takes longer than it should, but we just keep going. Sri Pommi Seeds Farm has been part of this community for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do the work that needs doing. Every day is a bit different depending on what needs sorting or bagging. People around here know us by name. If you ever find yourself on Mariyammankoil Street, you’ll see us working away. It’s a simple life, mostly focused on the crops and the local land around Villupuram. We don’t need much else besides a good harvest and decent weather.
