Kabilai Farm Private Limited

Kabilai Farm Private Limited is located out in Melpattairettanai in Tindivanam Taluk. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but that’s the nature of farming. B. Gopinath is the main person here, and you’ll usually find him out on the land rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve got a lot of space out here, and we use every bit of it for the farm. It’s a lot of manual labor, waking up before the sun is even up and staying out until it’s dark. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Our office is basically just a spot where we keep the farm records and some tools. It’s honest work, though. There’s something nice about seeing things grow from nothing. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just farm. We deal with the weather, the pests, and the market prices like everyone else in this business. Sometimes the crops are great, and sometimes they aren’t, but we keep going regardless. We aren’t looking to become some massive agricultural giant. We just want to take care of this land and produce something worthwhile. If you come by, don’t expect a tour or a polished presentation. We’ll probably just be working, but we’re always happy to say hello to a visitor who doesn’t mind a bit of mud on their shoes. It’s just how things are out here in Tindivanam, simple and straightforward.
