Gratitude Farms Private Limited is based out of Diwan Candappa Nagar at numbers 353 and 354. It is in a place called Periyamudaliarchavadi, which is part of Kottakuppam in the Villupuram district. If you have ever been out this way, you know it is quite close to the coast. You can sometimes feel the salt breeze if the wind is blowing the right way in the afternoon. The office is a simple setup across the two numbers. We have a fair amount of space, which is good because we tend to have a lot of different things going on at once. It is not a polished corporate headquarters by any means. There are plenty of scuffs on the walls and the furniture has definitely seen better days, but it is comfortable for the team. We spend our days managing the farm activities and talking to the local workers who live nearby. It is a very hands-on environment and you will not find anyone wearing a suit and tie here. We are usually in casual clothes, ready to head out to the fields if the need arises. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, which we really appreciate when we are trying to focus. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It feels more like a small community than just a company. People stop by to chat about the weather or the current crops.
