Sri Venkata Kanaka Durga Meal Caterers

We’ve been running Sri Venkata Kanaka Durga Meal Caterers for a while now over on Brahmana Veedhi. It’s a busy spot near Door No 10-19-104 and we mostly focus on getting meals out to people who need them. We started doing this because we noticed folks around here wanted simple food that tastes like what they make at home. It’s just us and a small team working in the kitchen every morning. We get the rice going early and start chopping vegetables before the sun is even up properly. The street gets pretty crowded around lunch time but we manage to get everything packed and ready. Dealing with big orders for functions is part of what we do, but honestly, it’s the daily meals that keep us on our toes. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run late with a delivery, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just the kitchen where all the work happens. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past the door on their way through the neighborhood. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing the same faces coming back makes it feel okay. We use whatever ingredients are fresh at the market that day. Nothing complicated, just regular meals for regular people who live or work nearby. We stay open most days and just try to get the job done right.
