Bay Leaves Kitchen

Our kitchen is over on Tikkle Road, which is just off the main MG Road here in Vijayawada. We are at Door Number 40-5-3, right near Hotel D V Manor and tucked in beside the HDFC Bank. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We have been serving the neighborhood for a while now, and we get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices or live just a few streets away. The area is always humming with activity, especially with the bank right there, so there is never a dull moment during the day. We kept the name simple and the place is pretty much the same as it’s always been. It is a straightforward spot where we focus on getting the food right and making sure the tables are clean for the next person. We don't go in for those big corporate slogans. We are just a local business trying to do honest work. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked with cars, but that’s just life on Tikkle Road. We have built up a group of regulars who come in a few times a week. It feels good to know the people we are cooking for. If you are walking around MG Road and need a break from the noise, you can find us easily enough. We aren't hard to spot once you get onto the second cross. We just keep our heads down.
