Ganesh Food Loungh

Our place is right at Lenin Center in Vijayawada. It’s a very central spot, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We call it a food lounge, but it’s really just a comfortable place to get something to eat. We have some seating inside where people can get away from the sun and the dust for a bit. The menu is mostly things we like to eat ourselves. We don't have a big team of professional chefs; it's just a few of us who know our way around a kitchen. We buy our ingredients from the local markets every morning. It’s a lot of walking and carrying bags, but it’s the only way to make sure everything is okay. We don't use any fancy marketing words to describe what we do. We just cook the food and serve it to whoever walks in. Some days the place is quiet, and other days we can barely keep up with the orders from the local office workers. We don't have a big sign with neon lights, just a simple one so people know where we are. The tables are sturdy and we keep them wiped down throughout the day. We’ve been at Lenin Center for a while now and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one plate at a time, every day.
