Unlike a regular restaurant where you come and sit down, we mostly handle catering for events and gatherings. We’ve been working out of this spot in Satyanarayanapuram for a good while. The street is usually busy with local life. We started this because we liked cooking for large groups. It’s a lot of work and the kitchen gets very hot, especially during the summer months in Vijayawada. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s more of a functional space where we get the prep work done and load up the vans. Our neighbors on Challapalli Vari Street know us by the smells coming from the kitchen. We don't really do big ads. Most people hear about us from their cousins or friends who used us for a function before. It’s a family-run type of thing. We just focus on getting the food right for whatever event we are booked for. We’ve handled all sorts of local events around the 520011 area. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, just a reliable one that shows up on time. That's really all there is to it. We keep our heads down and just work.
