We are located at 59A/20/3/2A in the Sri Siva Complex, which is right in the Gurunanak Nagar area of Teachers Colony. Being near the Don Bosco school means we have a lot of students and parents passing by our door every single day. Vijayawada is a busy city, and Teachers Colony has its own steady pace that we’ve become a part of. The shop is tucked into the complex, and we’ve spent a lot of time making this space work for us. We have our ovens set up in the back and a small counter where we handle all the transactions. The heat in Vijayawada can be tough, especially when you’re standing near a hot oven all afternoon, but we manage. We spend our mornings doing the prep work, making sure we have enough of everything for the lunch rush. It’s a simple process, really, with no big secrets or complicated systems. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is cleaned up at the end of the night. You can often hear the school bells or the sound of traffic from the main road while we work. We’ve got a few chairs for people to wait on, though they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. It’s just a basic local business where we try to do our job well and keep things moving. We’ve been in Gurunanak Nagar for a while now and know the area pretty well.
