Vimala Exports

Vimala Exports is located out on Village Kachhwa Road in the Chhateri area. We are near Po Thatara, so the postman comes by fairly regularly to drop off whatever mail we get. The road out here can be a bit bumpy especially after it rains but we manage. Our building is a plain one-story structure with a metal roof that makes a lot of noise when it pours. Inside, we have stacks of boxes waiting to be sent out. It is mostly a lot of packing and labeling that goes on here. We have a few benches where we sit and work through the lists of what needs to go where. The light isn't always great in the back corner but we have a couple of extra lamps we turn on when it gets dark early. It’s a quiet spot most of the time except when the trucks come to load up. We usually eat our lunch outside under the shade of the big tree if it isn't too hot. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a front desk person. If someone stops by, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see what they need. It is a bit disorganized sometimes with all the tape and bubble wrap lying around. But we know where everything is even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. That is just life at Vimala Exports.
