Crafts is tucked away in Block No. 2, Flat-5 of the Tulsimanas Mandir Colony. It’s a residential area in Durgakund, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the temple bells in the distance. We use this flat as our main base for everything we do. It’s not a store with big windows. Most of the time, the living room is filled with supplies and half-finished projects. We’ve had to move the furniture around just to make space for the tables. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of work to finish by the end of the week. The neighbors are used to us by now. Sometimes the hallway smells like tea because we take a lot of breaks. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and see us working. The light in Flat-5 is actually quite good in the mornings. We try to keep things sorted, but things have a way of piling up. Durgakund is a nice place to be based. It’s got that old feeling to it. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from someone else. It’s a small operation, just a few of us trying to stay on top of things. We’re usually here from morning until the sun goes down. It’s a simple life, really. We just like making things and staying busy in our little corner of the colony. It works for us.
