Naba Rugs

We are located over at Mullatalab on Station Road. Being near the station means there is always someone walking past the front door. We get a lot of noise from the trains, especially the late-night ones that whistle loud. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have a lot of rugs packed inside. We spend most of our mornings just unrolling things to check them over. It is hard work on the back, lifting those heavy piles, but we are used to it. The floor is mostly covered in scraps of thread and bits of yarn. We try to sweep up, but it never stays clean for long. Most of the people who come in are from around here, though sometimes a traveler stops by because they saw the sign. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people who walk in. My nephew helps me out in the afternoons after he finishes his studies. We usually sit on a wooden bench near the entrance and watch the people go by on Station Road. It’s a busy life but we like being in the middle of everything. The tea seller across the street brings us a few cups every morning. It’s just a normal business doing normal things. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just keep the shop open and see who comes by to talk.
