Jamila Rugs India

We are Jamila Rugs India, and we’re based out of Quazipur. Our P.O. Box is 224. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like it that way because it's quieter. We have been working out of this space for quite a while now. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need to do. We mostly focus on the weaving side of things. It takes a lot of patience to sit there day after day, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes we have tea together in the courtyard when the sun isn't too hot. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have our tools and our hands. Most of our orders come from people who have known us for years. We don't talk much while we work, just the sound of the equipment moving. It’s a simple life. We make sure the rugs are tied tight and the patterns look right before they head out the door for delivery. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation. We just like doing what we do right here in Quazipur. It’s enough for us and our families to get by. We take pride in just finishing a good day of work without any fuss or complications.
