You can find Chatterjee & Chatterjee over at the Rathyatra Market. We are on the first floor of building B-21/1. It’s a good location because the market is a central point for many people in Varanasi. The office isn't anything elaborate. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our desks and all the paperwork that piles up. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in, but we make it work. The market outside is always full of energy, which we’ve grown to appreciate. We usually start the day with a bit of cleaning and then dive straight into the files. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't use any fancy management software or anything like that; we mostly rely on our notebooks and the computer in the corner. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the emergency light to keep going. It’s just how things are here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around, we just want to do our work properly and go home. If you’re visiting, the first floor is easy to get to, and most of the locals in Rathyatra know the building. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense office where the focus is on getting the day's tasks finished without any unnecessary complications. We keep it grounded.
