Our place is in the Export Promotion Industrial Park in Hajipur. It feels a bit different from the usual town market because there are so many factories around us. Pamer Agro Ventures started here because the location is very good for moving goods in and out. We focus on agro products that need to be sent to other places. The office we have is pretty basic. We have some machinery for processing and a decent amount of storage space. It gets noisy sometimes because of the other industries operating nearby. We have a small crew that knows how to handle the equipment properly. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our daily job correctly. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items we receive. Hajipur is a good hub for this kind of work and we like it here. We have been in the park for several years now. You see the same faces every morning at the main gate. We do not do much fancy advertising or promotion. Most of our business comes from just being here and working consistently every week. It is a lot of manual work and checking the logs. We take our lunch breaks together under the shade when the sun is too hot. It is not a corporate lifestyle. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty.
