We’re not trying to do anything grand. We just want to make sure that the people living in Panch-Parhauti have a way to get their produce out there without getting cheated. It’s simple, really. If one person needs something, the rest of us try to help out. We share what we know about the soil and the crops. Sometimes the harvest is good, sometimes it isn't, but being in this company together makes the bad years a little easier to handle. We aren't experts from some university. We are just local farmers who know what it’s like to have mud on our boots every single day. We spend a lot of time just talking about what to plant next or how to get a better price at the local markets. It’s about looking out for each other in our own little corner of the world.
