We are over in Dighi Kala East, specifically in the Dighi Purvi area. It’s a busy spot near Hajipur. Green And Grow Agro Organic Products Private Limited is just us trying to get things moving with organic products. It wasn't always a big plan, just started at Ajitesh Kumar’s place because we needed a space to run things. The weather around here changes how we work most days. Sometimes the rain helps, sometimes it’s just too much heat. We spend a lot of time looking at what's coming out of the ground. It's mostly about keeping things natural and seeing what works best for the soil in this part of Bihar. People around here know us from the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be some giant company you see on the news. It is more about the hands-on work every morning. We get up early, check the supplies, and talk to the folks who need what we grow. There's always a lot of dust and moving parts. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office part of the house. Other days we are running around trying to fix things. It’s hard work but it’s what we do here in Dighi. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the organic side of things. It’s steady and honest work that keeps us connected to the land around us every day.
