Bharat Agro Life Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Dahegaon, Vaijapur. Our main spot is gate number 189, which is Vaishali Dadasaheb Patil’s place. We are a group of local farmers who decided to team up. Dahegaon is a quiet place, but we stay very busy in the fields. We started this company because we wanted to have a better way to buy things like seeds and fertilizers. Doing it as a group is just easier than trying to do everything on your own. We aren't corporate people. We spend most of our time wearing work clothes and being out in the sun. When we meet at gate 189, it’s usually to talk about the latest harvest or the price of supplies. It’s very down-to-earth work. We have seen many seasons come and go, some good and some bad. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing plans. We just want to keep our farms running and make sure we get a fair price for our crops. It’s a lot of physical labor and sometimes it’s really exhausting, but it’s what we know. We are just a bunch of neighbors from the Vaijapur area who decided to support each other. If you come by Dahegaon, you’ll probably find us working the land or sitting on the porch talking about the weather. It’s a simple life and we are just trying to make it work.
