Our setup is located at Ram Vinay Singh’s place in the village of Ghataro Chaturbhuj South. We are part of the Lalganj block in Vaishali. It’s a quiet area mostly, unless it’s harvest time. Then everything gets very loud and busy. Ghataro Agri Producer Company Limited isn't a big corporation. We are just a bunch of neighbors trying to make the agriculture work for us. Farming in Bihar takes a lot of effort, and doing it alone is getting harder these days. We talk a lot about prices and how the rain is looking for next month. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for things to happen, but that's life in the village. We aren't doing this for fame. We just want to make sure the land stays productive and the families here have enough to keep going. It’s basic, honest work that we do every day. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just work the ground and see what comes up. We've been here for years, and we'll probably be here for many more.
