We work out of Rasulpur in the Bhagwanpur area of Vaishali. Kameshwar Singh's place in Kushwaha Panch is where we base our operations. We focus on agricultural services, mostly looking at how to grow things without too many chemicals. It’s a bit different from how some others do it, but it feels right for our land here. Vaishali has a long history of farming, and we’re just another part of that story. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who care about the dirt and the plants. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time talking to other farmers and seeing what they need. Sometimes we're out late trying to get things finished before the rain comes. Our office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a table at Kameshwar’s. We don't believe in making things sound more important than they are. We’re just trying to provide a service that helps people grow better food. It's a lot of trial and error. You won't find us in suits. We're usually in our working clothes, ready to get our hands dirty. It’s just honest work in a quiet part of Bihar. We don't have a big budget for advertising. Most people find us by just talking to their neighbors. We like it that way. It keeps things grounded. There is always something to do on the farm. We just take it day by day.
