Yours Ethenic Food Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of Yours House, which is number 808 on the road. We are right across from the Tata-Arvind Flats. If you take the Vadsar-Moti Bhayan Road, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s the way you go toward the Vadsar Air Force station. At Yours Ethenic Food Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days making food. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have people in the kitchen area and people packing things up. It smells pretty good around here most of the time, depending on what we are cooking that day. The area is usually quiet except for the traffic heading to the base. We started this because we liked the idea of making local food. It’s not always easy, and sometimes things get hectic when a big order comes in. We have a small team. Everyone knows everyone. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make decent food that people want to eat. The building itself is just a regular spot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. But inside, we stay busy. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors are nice. We just do our thing and try to keep things going without making a big fuss about it. It’s a bit crowded in the kitchen sometimes, but we make it work somehow and keep the pots moving.
