You can find us at 6 Apsara Society, right near the Golden Silver Society in the Subhanpura area of Baroda. This isn't one of those huge Mcdonald'S you see in the malls. It’s more of a local spot for the people living in the societies around here. We’ve been here for a good bit now. The morning shift is always a bit of a scramble to get things ready. We have a small kitchen and some seating, but it’s nothing fancy. The floor gets a bit scuffed up from all the people walking in, but we try to keep it clean. Subhanpura is a good place to be. We know most of the people who live in Apsara Society. Sometimes we run out of napkins or the ice machine acts up, but we just keep going. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to change the world, just serving food and keeping the place running. The staff is mostly local kids and a few older folks. We all just do our bit. It’s noisy and hot sometimes, but that’s the job. We like being part of the neighborhood. It feels like a real community here. Nothing too complicated about it. We check the stock every evening and make sure the lights are off before we lock up. It’s just a regular business doing regular things every day. We enjoy seeing the regular customers come back.
