Uma Amar Party Plot

Uma Amar Party Plot is located at 13 Channi Naka. In this part of town, people know where we are. It’s basically a big open ground that we use for all sorts of gatherings. We don't have a lot of permanent structures on the plot, which is how people like it because they can set up their own tents and stages. The ground is mostly flat, though there are some patches of grass that get a bit wild if we don't trim them regularly. We have some basic toilet facilities and a small area where the caterers can set up their stoves and wash their dishes. It’s a practical space. We’ve seen hundreds of weddings and birthday parties over the years. I usually spend my mornings checking the perimeter and making sure the main gate is working right. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning to meet people; we usually just talk right there on the plot or near the entrance. It’s an honest business. We provide the space, and the families provide the celebration. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the music if it goes too late, so we have to keep an eye on the clock. It’s nothing like those high-end hotels, but it’s a good, open spot for the community to use for their big days. We just keep things simple and let people have their fun.
