Ashish Restaurant & Banquet

Ashish Restaurant & Banquet is part of the Varun Complex in the Gotri area of Vadodara. We are specifically located in the Ganga Vihar Society section, right at the Harinagar Cross Road. Having a restaurant and a banquet hall in the same place keeps us very busy most of the time. Most days we are serving lunch and dinner to people from the neighborhood, but on weekends we often have small parties or gatherings in the hall. Gotri has grown a lot lately, so there are always new people moving into the apartments around here. Our place is not very stylish or modern. We use regular chairs and the lighting is just what you would expect in a local spot. The kitchen staff stays busy preparing a mix of dishes that people like to eat when they go out with their families. We have to manage the restaurant floor while also making sure the banquet hall is set up for whoever booked it. It takes a lot of coordination, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it is very crowded, but we do our best to keep up. We do not have a big marketing plan or a fancy website. We just rely on the people living in Varun Complex and nearby to keep coming back. It is a practical business run by people who live and work right here in the city.
