Aamantran The Restaurant

Our restaurant is located at 38, Sampatrao Colony in the Alkapuri area of Vadodara. We are right across the street from the Royal Hotel, which is a big landmark around here. Alkapuri is a pretty nice part of town, and we like being in this colony. It is a bit more relaxed than the city center. We spend our time making sure the dining area looks decent and the kitchen is ready to go. We have a small staff and most of us have been working together for a few years now. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. My desk is just a small table in the back near the pantry. Vadodara has changed a lot over the years, but our spot here has stayed pretty much the same. We get people who are staying at the hotel across the way, as well as locals who live in the colony. It is a good mix. We do not do much advertising. People usually just find us by walking by or hearing about us from a neighbor. The 390007 area is a good place to be. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the lights stay on. It is not a complicated business. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving.
