Al Kareem Restaurant

You can find us on the ground floor of the Aadil Complex on Salatwada Road. We are right in the Raopura area of Vadodara, directly opposite the Sharda Mandir school. Having a school right across the street means we see a lot of families and teachers coming in once the bells ring. The restaurant has been here for some time, and the building itself is a well-known spot in this part of the city. We have a decent amount of space inside, so it does not feel too cramped even when we have a full house. The morning starts with us getting the tables wiped down and the kitchen fires started. We do a mix of different dishes, mostly stuff that people around here like to eat for lunch or dinner. It is not a quiet place, especially during the peak hours, but that is the way we like it. The noise of the kitchen and the chatter of the customers makes the day go by faster. We do not have a lot of rules, just that the food should be fresh and the place should be tidy. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical city problems like parking or water, but we manage. It is just a regular eating house where we put in the hours and try to make sure nobody leaves hungry. We are just doing our part in Raopura.
