Ayub

Our place, Ayub, is situated in the Fatehgunj area of Vadodara, right in Amaan Square. We are tucked away behind the petrol pump, which actually makes it easy for people to find us once they know where to look. Fatehgunj is a lively part of the city, especially with so many students and young people around. The atmosphere here is usually quite relaxed. We have a simple setup with basic furniture and a kitchen that stays busy throughout the evening. The sound of the petrol pump and the traffic on the main road is always there in the background. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor; we just focus on making sure the food is ready when people walk in. Most of our customers are locals who live in the nearby flats or people stopping by after finishing their work for the day. It’s the kind of place where you can just show up in your casual clothes and grab a bite. The lighting is just regular tube lights and we keep things pretty straightforward. On weekend nights, it gets a bit more crowded and we have to move faster, but we’re used to the pace. It’s a small operation, just a few of us running the show and keeping the place going day by day in Vadodara. There is nothing fancy about it, just a local spot.
