Amity Restaurant

We are right here in Sayaji Ganj, just a short walk from the Sardar Patel Statue. It is pretty easy to find us since we are next to the Cafe Coffee Day. The restaurant has been running for some time now. People come in after work or when they are visiting the area. Vadodara is a busy place and our corner gets a lot of foot traffic. We mostly focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. It gets noisy during the lunch rush, which is normal for this part of town. Sometimes the staff is a bit rushed, but we try to manage as best as we can. We don’t do anything fancy with the decor. It is just a place to sit and eat. Most of our regulars know the menu by heart. We open early enough to get things ready before the first customers show up. The kitchen stays busy all afternoon. We buy our supplies locally and try to keep things simple. If you are walking around Sayaji Ganj, you will probably see our sign out front. It is a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time of day, but that is just how it is near the statue. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a simple life but it works for us.
