We are located on Press Road, right here in the middle of things. Our setup is a bit of a mix because we handle both the restaurant side and the bakery part of the business. You’ll see the bread and snacks on one side and the seating area for meals on the other. It’s a practical arrangement that has worked for us for quite a while. We spend our mornings baking, so the smell of fresh dough is usually the first thing you notice when you walk in early. Later on, the kitchen switches over to making hot dishes for the lunch and dinner crowd. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if it gets a bit hectic when the school kids or office workers arrive all at once. The furniture is simple wood and metal, nothing that you’d call high-end. We just want people to have a place to sit and eat something decent. We keep the counters full and the kitchen clean. There’s no corporate office or big management team behind us; it’s just the folks you see behind the counter every day. We’ve been on Press Road for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go, but we just stay focused on our own daily routine. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, but we’re used to it by now. The tea is always hot and the snacks are made fresh every morning without fail.
