The Barbeque Grill

We are situated on the third floor of the Centre Square Mall on Race Course Road in Vadodara. It’s a pretty easy place to find because we are directly opposite the Vadodara Central Mall. Being on the third floor means we have to deal with the mall elevators and escalators every day, which can be a bit of a hassle when we are carrying supplies. The area is always buzzing with people shopping or just walking around. We spend a lot of our time around the grills and the charcoal. It gets quite warm back there, but that is just the nature of the work. We aren't a big chain with a fancy head office. We are just a group of people working in a mall kitchen. The noise of the mall is something we have grown used to over time. We start our prep work long before the first customers arrive for lunch. It involves a lot of cleaning and making sure the vents are working right. Race Course Road is one of the main veins of the city, so there is never a dull moment outside the windows. We see families, office workers, and students coming through our doors. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just show up, light the fires, and get the food ready for whoever is hungry. It is a basic job, and we do it as well as we can every day.
