Tamrapatra

We operate out of Kashivishveshwar Township on Jetalpur Road. Our unit is F-13 in Tower No. 7. It’s a residential and commercial mix, so it stays pretty active. Tamrapatra is where we handle all our business related to copperware and traditional items. The office isn't very big, so we have to be smart about how we stack the boxes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the workshops where the items are actually made. Sometimes there are delays with the smiths, but we try to keep things moving. We aren't some big brand you see on TV. We’re just local people who like working with traditional materials. The township is a decent place to be based, though finding parking near Tower 7 can be a pain sometimes. We don't have a big staff, just enough to manage the orders and the packing. Most of our day is spent checking the finish on the pieces and wrapping them so they don't get dented in transit. It’s a hands-on job. We don't use any fancy software for our work, just a notebook and some basic spreadsheets. It’s about being consistent and making sure the items are what the customers expect. We keep it low-key and just focus on the items we have in front of us, hoping everyone likes the craft.
