Swagat Super Sweet Corn

We are set up over at Vadodra Central, specifically at E/13/16, which is a spot we’ve called home for quite some time. The name on the sign is Swagat Super Sweet Corn, and that pretty much tells you what we handle here every day. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to get through the day. In the mornings, we start getting things ready before the main crowd arrives at the center. You can usually hear the sound of water boiling or the shuffle of supplies being moved around in the back. Working at E/13/16 means we see a lot of people passing by, some in a hurry and some just wandering through Vadodra Central looking for something to eat. We spend a lot of time just standing behind the counter, talking to regulars who have been coming to us for years. It’s a simple setup with not much in the way of decoration, just the essentials to keep the corn ready and the customers happy. Sometimes the line gets a bit long and we have to move fast, which gets a bit sweaty in the heat. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a bit of a routine, but we like the rhythm of it. The smells of the corn stay on our clothes even after we close up for the night and head home.
