Parmar Mitha Dala

Parmar Mitha Dala is tucked away at 10 Chhani Road, right on L J Road. If you know the Shivaji Park area, you probably know we are situated right behind the Military Boys Hostel. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, but that suits us just fine. We have a lot of space in the back where we keep our supplies and do the heavy lifting. The building itself is an older one, and you can see the wear on the bricks if you look closely. We don't spend much money on decorations or signs because we think the work speaks for itself. Every morning starts with unlocking the heavy gate and checking the inventory. We have a few wooden benches where people can sit if they have to wait, but usually, we are quick enough that they don't stay long. The hostel nearby means there are often young men walking around, and sometimes they stop in to ask for directions or just to see what we are doing. The air around Chhani Road can get a bit smoky from the traffic, but we keep our windows open to let the breeze in. We aren't interested in being the biggest name in town, we just want to keep things moving steadily. Parmar Mitha Dala is just a local business trying to do things the right way, one day at a time, without any fuss or complicated rules.
