Fataraj Sev San

You can find us at Natraj Enclav in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. We are quite close to the Jalaram Temple, so a lot of people who visit the temple end up walking past our place. We mostly deal with sev and other snacks. It’s a small operation here. We spend our mornings preparing the batches and making sure everything is packed right. The shop smells like spices and fried dough most of the time. It’s a very local vibe. We know many of our customers by name because they’ve been coming to us for a long time. The space is a bit tight when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporation, just a local business in Karelibaug. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the entrance for a few minutes while we unload, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use a lot of fancy machinery; it's mostly hands-on work. We are usually there from early morning until the evening. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, in this part of Vadodara. We have bags ready on the counter most of the time. People come in for a quick packet of snacks and a bit of a chat before heading home.
