Palace Point Fancy Crackers

You can find us over on Palace Road, right at Kaivalyadham 1. It gets pretty loud around here, especially when the big festivals start coming up soon. We deal with crackers all day long. The shop is mostly filled with cardboard boxes stacked up high against the walls. Sometimes it is hard to move around when a new shipment arrives from the trucks. People come in looking for something that makes a big bang or just some small sparklers for the kids to play with. We spend a lot of time just moving stuff from one corner to another to make more space. It is dusty work. The smell of cardboard and gunpowder is just part of the atmosphere here. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is not a fancy showroom with glass cases. It is just a place where we keep the stock and talk to the folks who stop by. Sometimes the traffic on Palace Road makes it hard to hear ourselves think. We do not really do much advertising around town. People just know where we are located. We sit on our wooden stools and wait for the next customer to walk in. It is a seasonal kind of life, very busy one month and quite quiet the next. We just keep things moving. The floor is concrete and the lights are a bit dim, but it serves the purpose for what we do. It is just us and the crackers.
