Suverna Sankalp Foundation

We are based at Shankar Smruti, in the village area of Vadodara. It’s listed under Narmada for the district records sometimes, but we’re right here. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of a big city center. Things move a little slower here, which we don't mind at all. The building isn't anything modern or tall, just a regular place where we can get our work done. We’ve been here for a good while, and the locals know where to find us. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. Our days are spent dealing with local issues and the foundation's projects. It’s very hands-on work. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making decisions as things come up. Gujarat has so many different types of places, and we like being in this particular spot. The air is a bit clearer than in the city, and it's easier to focus. We keep our paperwork in order and try to be useful to the people around us. It’s not a complicated life. We just open up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head home in the evening. It’s honest work in a quiet place, and that suits us just fine. We have everything we need right here in the village.
