Mangal Gram Seva Nidhi(trust)

You can find the Mangal Gram Seva Nidhi trust office at G-2 in the Chandranagar Colony. We are right near Prabhunagar and just opposite the Jivanshanti Society on Aghodia Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for the village folks to come in and out. Aghodia Road has gotten a lot busier over the last few years, but our colony stays fairly peaceful. We do a lot of work related to village development and helping out the rural communities nearby. It’s mostly about managing small projects and making sure the funds go where they are supposed to. The office is small and usually smells a bit like old paper and incense. We have a few desks and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. There isn’t any air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that hum all day long. We don’t have a website or a big publicity department. People just know us from the work we’ve done over the years. Sometimes we spend more time out in the fields than in the office itself. It’s important to be where the people are, rather than just sitting behind a desk. We’ve seen many families improve their lives through the small steps we take together. It’s not flashy work, but it’s necessary, and we plan to keep doing it as long as we can.
