Shramik Vikas Sansthan

We have been at Antyoday Bhavan for a while now. It is right across from the Railway Police Parade Ground, so it is easy to find if you are in the area. Most days here are pretty busy with people coming in and out. Shramik Vikas Sansthan started because there was a need for some real support for workers nearby. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a place where we try to get things done. Sometimes the noise from the parade ground gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. People stop by to ask for help with paperwork or just to see what is happening. We try to keep our doors open and just handle whatever comes up. It isn't always organized perfectly, but we do what we can. The building is old but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a small team here. Most of us live close by and walk to work. We know the neighbors and the local shops well. Dealing with the daily struggles of the labor community is what fills up our time. It’s not easy work and some days are slower than others. We just keep going because the work needs doing. If you are looking for us, look for the police ground and you will see our sign across the way. It’s a plain building but it serves the purpose for what we do every day. We don't have much more to say.
