Vadodara Citizen Council

We are located at the Co-operative House, right by the Auto Center near Manisha Chow Kadi. If you know Juna Padara Road in Vadodara, you’ve probably passed by us many times. The Vadodara Citizen Council is a group of local people who just want to see the city run a bit better. We aren't politicians or big-shot executives. We are just neighbors who meet up in this office to talk about local issues. The building is a bit older, and we share space with some other folks. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the chow kadi, but we don’t mind much. We spend a lot of time listening to what people in the area have to say. Sometimes we write letters or talk to the local authorities about the roads or the water. It’s slow work and can be frustrating, but we think it’s worth doing. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing team. We just have a small office and a lot of patience. People often drop by to tell us about a problem on their street. We take notes and see what can be done. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just want to be a voice for the regular people living around here. No more, no less. We keep the doors open for anyone with a concern.
